Karen Perry Sessional Faculty and Moot Coach

Karen is an Associate with Fasken. Karen maintains a broad tax litigation and dispute resolution practice. Karen has experience in tax disputes and tax planning, and advises on both domestic and international tax matters. She routinely assists clients navigating the audit and appeals process with the Canada Revenue Agency, litigation and judicial review processes through the courts, and treaty relief through Competent Authority.
