Are you hosting a meeting or event on campus, outside of the Campus Activity Centre? You can place your catering order online. This system is great for recurring orders and can be accessed 24 hours a day for your convenience.

Sustainable reusable catering program
Reducing waste on campus
Working together we can reduce waste on campus, supporting TRU’s journey toward becoming a zero-waste campus by 2035.
- All catering deliveries outside of the Campus Activity Centre (CAC) are automatically enrolled.
- Service ware is provided at no fee. however Attendees clear reusable service ware to a dedicated bussing area (bus bins, mini zero-waste station and glass racks).
- Signage and instructions are provided with every delivery.
- Catering picks up all items after your event to ensure reusable service is returned.
- If items are missing, a $1.50 fee will be charged. This fee will be waived if items are returned within 5 business days.
Catering deliveries include
- Two-hour meal period for perishable food items.
- Delivery and pick-up service only.
Room bookings
Placing a catering order online does not ensure a room is booked for your event. You are responsible for confirming a venue and ensuring your booking allows approximately 15 minutes for drop-off and pick-up at the beginning and end of your event.
Delivery charges
Any delivery with a subtotal less than $100 is subject to a $15 delivery fee.
Payments
We accept internal TRU account codes, cash, cheque and credit card. The system may not prompt you to enter credit card information at this time — our catering team can follow up if you wish to pay by credit card.
