Host Family Interview Request Form

If renting, we need the proof of landlord approval before hosting.








Please note we require Police Information Checks (PICs) for all adults 19+ in the home (children, renters, etc). We will cover the costs and provide you information on how to complete the PIC(s) after the Host Family Interview has been completed. Thank you for applying to become a Host Family for TRU World!
