The structure of the Office of General Counsel is as follows:

• Level 1: Vice-President, Administration and Finance
  • Level 2: General Counsel, Office of General Counsel
    • Level 3: Coordinator, Office of General Counsel
      • Level 4: Associate General Counsel
        • Privacy Assistant and Assistant to Associate General Counsel (reports to Associate General Counsel)

        Associate General Counsel reports to the Coordinator, Office of General Counsel and to the General Counsel.

      • Level 4: Legal Counsel II

        Reports to the Coordinator, Office of General Counsel and to the General Counsel.

      • Level 4: Privacy and Access Specialist

        Reports to the Coordinator, Office of General Counsel and to the General Counsel.
